Ice Based defensive tower idea

Idea for a ice based defensive tower
The Frost/Ice/Snow Tower/Thrower/Globe (Don't have the name down yet) is a defensive tower unlocked at TH9, two upgrades at TH10, and the 4th at TH11.
There are three main settings based off different recourse fuels; a true AOE that slows the movement and attack speed of all troops within the range of 7 tiles, however it does no damage, gold as fuel. A multi-target (5 beams) that does small amounts of damage and slows down attack and movement speed of the targets (not as much as the AOE) range of 9 tiles, DE as fuel. And a Single-target which starts from 0 damage and increases to the maximum damage, while freezing (immobilizing) the target preventing it from moving or attacking with a range of 9 tiles, elixer as fuel.
Rough numbers (open to suggestion for balancing)
Build cost: 5-6 million gold. +1.5 million per level
Build Time:7-10 days. +3-2 days per level
Level 1 HP: 1,500-1,700. +300-500 per level
Level 2 HP: 1800-2200.
Level 3 HP: 2100-2700
Level 4 HP: 2400-3200
AOE || Multi-Target || Single-Target
Level 1: 0 || 15 || 0-30
Level 2: 0 || 25 || 0-50
Level 3: 0 || 35 || 0-70
Level 4: 0 || 45 || 0-90
Cost to Load
Level 1: 16000 gold || 500 DE || 16000 elixer
Level 2: 22000 gold || 650 DE || 22000 elixer
Level 3: 28000 gold || 800 DE || 28000 elixer
Level 4: 34000 gold || 950 DE || 34000 elixer
Slow effect %
Level 1: 12 || 8 || Frozen
Level 2: 18 || 12 || Frozen
Level 3: 24 || 16 || Frozen
Level 4: 30 || 20 || Frozen
The tower would standardly be air and ground hitting but can focus on one for an additional 5% slowdown increase per level (5, 10, 15, 20).
The AOE, multi-target, and single-target could all be at level 1 or each level unlocks a new ability.
I would appreciate any type of feedback or suggestions.

New Building called Converter maybe?

Can we get a building called Converter maybe. What it does is convert your elixer to dark elixer and visa versa. For instance It would help upgrade Dark Elixer troops when your elixer troops are maxed. Just a thought but if you agree guys Bump it! Clash on Fam! Make it a building with rings and like a spout to "pur in the elixer and comes out a different one." ;D

Balloon Barricade

A new building that is like a wall but blocks air troops instead of ground ones. It looks like a chain of balloons and it is unlocked at TH4.

New Refresh Button for Flash of Clans

New teleportation spell

How does it work?: it's simple. All you have to do is first, tap on the area of troops you want teleport. Then tap the area you want your troops to teleport.
Stats: level one: cost: 200 dark elixir

radius: 3x3
level two: cost: 235 dark elixir
radius: 4x4
level three: cost: 270
radius: 5x5
level four(max): cost 305 dark elixir
radius: 6x6

It would take 4mins to brew.

Upgradable builder huts

Moats could be like level 1 would be water, level 2 is greenish slime and level 3 is lava and stuff like that. Stops miners and ground troops.

Transfer too much loot on Clan Castle

When our storage is full and start looting again, can u transfer the too much elexir or gold to clan castle ? so i wont hesitate to loot again.
it feels like im wasting my troops because the gold storage is full only the elexir or dark elexir is all i can take.
I loot and the gold is 600k plus and the elix is 400k plus, DE 2k.
But my gold Storage is full, so i cant take the gold, its a waste that i cant take the gold. Can u please transfer the too much loot on CC ?

Suggestions for Clash

1. Members can't leave the clan until both war attacks are finished
2. During a builder base attack it should let you know what the opponent got so I know when to surrender ( as in if they get a one-star 50% I know I can end at 51%)
3. Only spawn seasonal decorations around the outside
4. If I switch one single wall out on a base it resets the time for challenges to 24 hours... switching out walls for upgraded walls should not count towards the wait time
5. Allow direct messages to clan members or social.... what's the point of social without this6. I have way too many ideas for this game. Literally a thought a day

The 3rd area

I hope a 3rd area will be added, where you can only attack troops, like clan castle troops, but for both sides it is basically a mix of the builder base and clan castle troops, it can be look like a makeshift base (like a bunch of tents as everything) I will LOVE IT if it was added, thanks

1. Let there be more in the leader circle not only leader, co-leader, and elder
Let the leader can do much more, like appointing banker, co-leader i/c war, changing location, etc... and the leader must be able to see the treasury of his clanmates and everything including gems a member is having.
2. Let there be a common treasury for each clan, and let that common treasury can be had from perks 10 only so that each member can borrow from that just like a bank (the amount a clan member can borrow depends on his town hall level and of course the clan perk). And a certain percentage of every loot of the debtor must enter into the common treasury until the debt is fully repaid with some interest set by the banker. Also, when a person left the clan, the same must enter into that common treasury until and unless the debt is fully repaid and that, he/she will not be permitted to borrow from the new clan unless the previous debt is fully repaid.
There's a lot more I have to say, but let's regard it enough for the time being. If only these few suggestions are fulfilled I hope CoC will gain popularity in many circles. Thanks
