I think it needs to be taken care of that to come out of legends league you need to be dependent on others and if you don't receive that many attacks on your bases you will be stuck in legends league and there is nothing you can do about it.

How it can be sorted is whenever you go 101 trophies less than 5000 i.e 4899 or less you will be demoted to Titan League.

Also there should be deduction in trophies if you didn't earn a single star while attack like in other leagues.

Please supercell correct this specially when new update is there and all you can do is 8 attacks.
