A few things. Level 5 PEKKA + level. 8 tesla = dead PEKKA. They're not that OP. Xbows are really overrated, they arnt that good, trust me. Lastly, infernos are sorta OP, but still... Just my thoughts.
Is it? I have guessed at 3 pronouncations; P.E.K.K.A. Peh-kah and lastly Pee-kah. I take it your doing it as the first option.

Eh, you can't see teslas traps or CC, plus, if it's a well known base, chances are you will find it by searching in matchmaking anyway. It doesn't make that much of a difference.

Relating to off topic ness? Yes. Other rules? To a lesser extent, but I'd allow it. Report off topicness? It doesn't really need a report, a simple lets get back on topic from anyone will suffice, but if it's rampant, then you should probably make a report page or a new thread.
