For the duration of the ongoing Hammer Jam event (November 1-17), the Clan Castle's rebuild cost, like other buildings, has been halved (10000 to 5000 elixir), allowing you to rebuild it early at th2 (you can upgrade storages to hold up to 8500 elixir at that level). Below is proof of my new th2 account with it rebuilt.
Until November 23, even the Clan Castle's rebuild cost is halved, from 10000 to 5000 elixir (you can upgrade your storages to hold up to 8500 at th2). Below is an account I made to show the proof.
During this ongoing Hammer Jam event (which lasts for the next 12 days), the costs to build and upgrade buildings in the Home Village are halved, which include the Clan Castle. As such, you can build the Clan Castle for 5000 elixir, instead of the normal cost of 10000 elixir, and at TH2, you can hold a maximum of 8500 elixir, with the Elixir Storage upgraded to its max level (level 3). Rebuilding the Clan Castle at TH2 is, therefore, impossible unless you buy or claim a resource pack that allows your Elixir Storages to overflow, allowing you to rebuild it at that Town Hall level. Below is proof that it is currently possible during this Hammer Jam event.

This works just like how you would start a normal friendly challenge. As with friendly challenges, it is useful for testing a new base layout or a new army before actually attacking in a Clan Capital raid. To do this, simply go to your Clan Capital, and then go to the district that you want to challenge. Then start the challenge, and it should appear in the clan chat as shown below. The red trash can icon below will cancel the challenge.
After that, you can attempt to attack the challenged district like you would to districts in Clan Capital raids, being able to scout, attack, and change your clan capital army like normal. As someone attacks the district, you can see the attack progress on the base as you would in a Clan Capital Raid. Below shows a fully destroyed district from a challenge.

Because new accounts no longer have beta stones, the amount of accounts that have them will slowly decrease, while the other options are still doable, making the possibility for more people to do these things.
Although I have many accounts (nearly 20), having over 100 accounts is so impractical, where I will probably never need that amount of accounts (since I would have to create more email accounts, or use the dot trick (which I already do, an example: https://www.gtricks.com/gmail/use-gmail-dot-trick-to-create-unlimited-accounts-with-a-single-email/)).
Actually, to prevent spam joining back to the clan, when you are kicked, you have to wait about 24 hours before being able to join back.
My hypothesis on why the builder's huts can now act as defenses at th14, and duplicate barracks/dark barracks being removed for the town hall 15 update, is because Supercell has yet to develop a solution of how their destruction calculator would work for bases with over 100 buildings. That way, they don't have to currently deal with this problem, and still add new buildings, whether those are army buildings, hero altars, resource buildings, or defenses.
Since all Hammer Jam/Winter Jam events half the cost of all home village buildings, this also applies to the clan castle, which currently costs 5000 elixir instead of the usual 10000. This means that you can rebuild it at th2 during the duration of the event (ends in 9 days), when you normally are unable to do so. Below is an account I made to show proof that it is currently possible in the event.

It depends on the layout/my strategy on the clan capital. The amount of attacks I take range from about 2-4 attacks.
I want to see which clans I could possibly join (with accounts from th2-10), so I can try to participate in mostly the clan capital, and some clan games (I can do some clan wars, if required of the clan).

So the base should just be focused on offense (troops, spells, siege machines, etc.), and resource production (gold, dark elixir, elixir)?
@MeIsProAndMeIsMe , I once was a rushed th9 like you (about 4-5 years ago), but because I stopped rushing, it slowly paid off.
@SimplyAA , I was experience level 139 when I finally upgraded to th10 (maxed; may be because I did a lot of donating and trophy pushing as a th9).
I currently have no rushed accounts, so I'm considering if I should make a donator account. If so, maybe make a strategy of how I should rush. A donator account is useful when you need an account to cover donation needs in a clan.
I feel interested in the feeder, but I'm also looking at other clan options.
