Obviously bring a CC of Witches, preferably level two. You will need a level 4 CC for this strategy, because it can fit two Witches. With the level 4 CC bring two Witches and one Archer. Bring your BK, level five and above is recommended.
Execution:

Lure CC with a Barb, Archer or Wall Breaker (whichever is most appropriate)
If a bunch of wizards come out, group them together with your Barbs and Archers, and kill them all with one of your wizards. If a dragon comes out, skip this step. Otherwise, check for Giant Bombs, then deploy your CC of witches assisted by some of your remaining Barbarians and Archers and maybe a Wizard or two.
Deploy your GoWiPe attack normally, but if a dragon remains, use the wizards to clear both surrounding structures and the dragon.
Use Wallbreakers to clear a path to the core. Deploy CC of witches if you haven't done so yet.
Deploy PEKKAs and BK once a path to TH is open.
Enrage them once they approach the TH, and they should take it out.
If you still have not reached 50%, and have saved up some Barbarians and Archers, use them to clear out unprotected buildings for the 50%.
