One of the prime farming ranges for town hall 7 and 8s, silver can prove a holy grail of resources, However, to collect the most loot, you must have the right army composition. This army can be used to attack storages or collectors or both and is very flexible. you may sub wall breakers for some archers/barbarians.
Army Composition:
(No army intro)
Minimum Troop Housing Space Required: 200 Minimum Spell Housing Space Required: (not specified)
if there are CC troops, use the poison spell to take them out. If it does not take the troops out, lure them to a corner of the base and a few archers (six approx) should finish them off.
choose the side/sides you want to attack from, drop the giants on the side you want to attack so most of the defences are firing upon them.(if you want to attack from multiple sides, spread the giants so it draws defences, e.g if u want to attack from 2 sides , use 2 giants per side; 4 sides use 1 giant per side) . Include your Barbarian king in this step if you have one
begin dropping barbarians to cover collectors.
follow up with archers in a typical Barch movement and spread them out evenly. once you have gotten at least 75% of the loot in the colletors, you may surrender to save spells/minions/barb king health
if you want to go deeper into the base in search of dark elixr/storage loot drop a heal spell on the side with the most troops remaining and trickle your minions into the base,
continue dropping Heal Spell(s) if have any left and continue dropping minions until all troops are dead or until you have (unlikely) gotten a 3 star.

Conclusion:
In conclusion this strategy is very reliable and due to its flexibility it can be adapted to most farming needs. However, do not expect to get very high percentage as high level walls can pose a problem to players wanting to go inside the base, therefore, if you are dark elixr farmer or a one of many people you hunt storage loot swap archers/barbs for wall breakers, otherwise, there really isnt a need for wall breakers
