The lab chart says that Jump spell upgrade is available with lv 6 Lab, or TH8 lab. This is wrong I think, can someone fix this

I guess I never looked at it this way since I always upgrade Lab and SF first when I max each TH. Thanks for clarifying! Much appreciated.

Right, just about everybody does the same thing. I had to level up an alt account to test it because I had always upgraded my lab first thing as well.

It depends on the lab level. For example, when you unlock Lightning spell on TH Five with a level 3 Lab, you'll have to upgrade your spell to 3 more levels. Because in a scenario, if you had unlocked it while having a level 1, your max would be spell level 2, and if 2, then 3 and so on. Same applies with Jump spell.

I am nearly maxxed TH8 and the jump spell is not available in the lab for upgrade...in fact, nothing is available in the lab before you unlock it in the barrack, dark barrack or spell factories...
The jump spell is available at TH9 and can be upgraded with a LV 7 labratory.
There is indeed an error in the chart above.

You cannot upgrade the Jump Spell as a TH8 because you haven't unlocked it yet. If you wait to upgrade your laboratory until after your level 4 spell factory finishes, you will see the Jump Spell upgrade in your level 6 laboratory.

Here is what is on the Jump Spell page:
- Although the Jump Spell can be upgraded to level 2 in the level 6 Laboratory, only Troops and Spells that are already unlocked will appear in the Laboratory upgrade interface. The Jump Spell will not appear in the Laboratory until the Spell Factory has been upgraded to level 4 (which requires Town Hall level 9). Most players already have a level 7 Laboratory by that time; if so, the first upgrade will be available as soon as the Spell Factory level 4 upgrade finishes.

Most players always upgrade their laboratory, from what I've heard, Spottra has an alternative account and used it to test the minimum level laboratory required for each troop upgrade. Not a lot of people would go for the trouble to doing that so misinterpretations are always present here and there.

Yes, agreed. Only suggesting to stop the repeat questions it brings up. I don't mind if you don't :D (except I will probably bring it up every time it happens lol).
