Level 1-12
Summary
- The C.O.O.K.I.E is a temporary troop that was first available in the Cookie Rumble event. It is unlocked when 3,000 Sweet Elixir is accumulated. It returned for the Toyshop Throwdown event, where it is unlocked with 100 Cogs.
- The C.O.O.K.I.E resembles a Mini P.E.K.K.A, except it is entirely made out of gingerbread, its eye and horns are Elixir-colored, and wields a gingerbread club with sugar cubes as spikes.
- The C.O.O.K.I.E has moderate hitpoints but boasts impossibly high damage, capable of one-shotting almost any structure or ground unit. Its attacks do splash damage in the area around it, much like the Valkyrie.
- C.O.O.K.I.Es have no preferred target when attacking; they will simply attack the closest building. However, if they become aware of enemy Clan Castle troops, Heroes, or Skeleton Trap skeletons (either by being attacked themselves or by being near another friendly troop under attack), and can fight back against them, they will leave their previously targeted building and instead engage the enemy troops. Once all of the nearby enemy troops are defeated, the C.O.O.K.I.Es will proceed to attack the nearest structure.
Strategies
Offensive Strategies
- A group of C.O.O.K.I.Es can take out pretty much anything with one swipe, so group them in twos and threes and use Rage Spells and/or Haste Spells to move them across the whole base.
- The fact that they can take out anything with pretty much one swipe and with splash like the Valkyrie, making them effective in taking out clumps of Clan Castle troops.
- However, while the Valkyrie will move around to hit more targets with one swipe, the C.O.O.K.I.E will not do so. The C.O.O.K.I.E also boasts a slower first-attack speed, so it will be less effective against a continuous wave of troops.
- Although C.O.O.K.I.E can often destroy Walls in one hit, it will behave as any other ground troop that cannot bypass them, and will opt to go for the nearest building it can easily reach. Be sure to use Wall Breakers or make a proper funnel in order to make sure that C.O.O.K.I.E goes where you want it to go.
- Root Riders are an excellent choice for this, since they can break Walls they pass through and serve as a fantastic tank for C.O.O.K.I.E.
- Pairing the C.O.O.K.I.E with an Invisibility Spell is a good idea, as it can freely destroy buildings without taking fire in return.
Defensive Strategies
- One major weakness of C.O.O.K.I.E is that it cannot attack aerial troops. Exploit this by having air units in your Clan Castle to defend, as they cannot be touched by C.O.O.K.I.E.
- Use Walls to cordon off important buildings from C.O.O.K.I.E. If it reaches a building, it will be destroyed promptly, so it is in one's best interests to prevent C.O.O.K.I.E from reaching it in the first place.
- Other methods of stalling C.O.O.K.I.E can prove worthwhile:
- Skeleton Traps can spawn a small wave of Skeletons, buying your defenses extra time to destroy them.
- The Tornado Trap can hold C.O.O.K.I.Es in place for a short period.
- The Invisibility Spell Tower can temporarily make important buildings invisible if a nearby one should be destroyed, forcing the C.O.O.K.I.E to move to another target. However, this can potentially backfire if the defensive Invisibility Spell ends up making C.O.O.K.I.E invisible.

Trivia
General
- You could have a maximum of 32 C.O.O.K.I.Es at one time in a complete set of fully upgraded Army Camps. On the battlefield, you could clone an additional 16 C.O.O.K.I.Es with four fully upgraded Clone Spells (three from the regular spell inventory and one from a level 10 or higher Clan Castle). These total to a maximum of 48 C.O.O.K.I.Es.
- The following structures and units can survive a single attack from a C.O.O.K.I.E, under specific circumstances:
- Level 16 Walls can survive a single hit against level 3 or 4 C.O.O.K.I.Es, level 17 Walls can survive a single hit against C.O.O.K.I.Es up to level 8, and level 18 Walls can survive a single swing from C.O.O.K.I.Es up to level 11.
- The defending Barbarian King normally does not have enough health to survive a single attack against any level of C.O.O.K.I.E, even if he is at max level. However, with the help of a defending Apprentice Warden, it is possible for him to survive lower-level C.O.O.K.I.Es' attacks. Assuming a max-level Apprentice Warden is used, the Barbarian King needs to be at least level 83 to survive a single hit from a level 3 C.O.O.K.I.E. A level 100 Barbarian King is capable of surviving a level 10 C.O.O.K.I.E attack with an Apprentice Warden.
- The Mountain Golem in the Clan Capital needs three hits to be taken out and can survive at least two hits from C.O.O.K.I.E, but will not if the C.O.O.K.I.E is boosted by a Rage Spell.
- The M.O.M.M.A in the Single Player Campaign needs four hits to be defeated and has enough health to survive at least three hits from C.O.O.K.I.E, and can even survive a single hit from a C.O.O.K.I.E boosted by a Rage Spell.
- The Dragon Cave in the earlier Dragon's Lair level is also able to survive one hit from a C.O.O.K.I.E, however it will not be able to if the C.O.O.K.I.E is paired with a Rage Spell.
- If the C.O.O.K.I.E at max level was somehow coded to the Clan Capital, it would take 3 hits to destroy a level 10 Capital Hall, but only 2 if the Capital Rage Spell is involved.
- The C.O.O.K.I.E has a similar concept to the Super Mini P.E.K.K.A from Clash Royale, being shaped like one and capable of doing impossibly high damage per hit.
Comparisons
- The C.O.O.K.I.E has the highest damage per hit out of all units and defenses of any non-boss troop in the entire game (with 15,600 at max level).
- However, if boss troops were accounted in, in terms of damage per hit, the MEGA C.O.O.K.I.E from the Cookie Chaos event deals the highest damage per hit out of all units in the entire game, being 20,500.
