Summary
- In the Clan Capital, there is a single Barracks for each available troop or squad. The Barracks for a given troop or squad is only available in one district.
- While there are many troops that can be trained on their own, some troops, such as Sneaky Archers, can only be deployed in squads, or special groups of troops which consist of multiple instances of the same troop or (in some cases) two different types of troops.
- To upgrade a troop or squad, one needs to upgrade the corresponding Barracks. The level of troop or squad equals the level of the Barracks.
- Barracks in the Clan Capital remain functional while being upgraded.
- This page lists all Barracks types available in the Clan Capital.
Upgrade Differences
- All Clan Capital Barracks except the Flying Fortress Yard, Mountain Golem Quarry and Mega Sparky Workshop share the same base building upon which the design is built. Each of these Barracks differs from the others only by the objects placed on the building's roof, as well as the decoration placed near its entrance.
- When initially constructed, the Barracks appears as a hut with wooden posts and a red slanted roof, similar to the Barracks and Builder Barracks at lower levels. The hut and its surroundings are placed atop a stone platform with a short stone path and steps leading up to it. To the left of the hut (from the player's view), as well as behind it, are piles of building materials upon which a hammer rests atop.
- At level 2, the building materials are assembled into a short wooden platform about half the height of the hut. The top corners of the platform are fastened with rope and nails. The wooden pile behind the hut has been replaced with a pile of stone, with a single wooden plank visibly propped up against it.
- At level 3, the wooden platform is raised to match the height of the hut, supported by wooden planks and nails; the hut's window is no longer visible.
- At level 4, the platform has its interior walls replaced with stone, with nails no longer supporting the structure. The stone walls taper halfway up the platform.
- At level 5, the platform's stone walls now extend to the whole volume underneath the platform without tapering. Singular planks of wood reinforce the stone walls further.

Upgrade Differences
- Initially, the Mountain Golem Quarry consists of an open pit, over which a stamp-shaped magnet is suspended, hung from a metallic bar by rope. The metal bar itself is held by two wooden supports, one of which has wooden spokes that presumably can be turned to raise or lower the magnet. Overlooking the pit are three large stones, two of which have carvings on them (one of which resembles the Mountain Golem). Opposite these stones is an opened book with visible inscriptions, placed on top of a flat stone.
- At level 2, one of the wooden supports gains a metallic gear, tethered to the ground by a rope pulley. A small stone pillar is added next to this support. The body of the magnet is now made of metal.
- At level 3, the pulley system is expanded to include an additional pulley beneath the gear. Two stone pillars are added around the perimeter of the pit. The magnet is now fully metallic.
- At level 4, two more stone pillars are added around the perimeter. The magnet is now replaced by a larger one with metal trusses.
- At level 5, the topmost gear in the pulley system is now colored golden. The stone upon which the book rests has been replaced by a slightly larger pink-colored stone.

Trivia
- The description references the description of the Super Dragon Barracks, where it is noted that wood was not a suitable building material for a barracks where fire-breathing Dragons are trained.
