The Master Builders Hut was added in the 11.651.7 update and its purpose is directly related to the O.T.T.O. Hut and the O.T.T.O bot a.k.a. the O.T.T.O builder. According to the Community Manager (Darian) and the Game Designer (Eino) of Clash of Clans, the Master Builder wants to travel the world. Because of this the Master Builder created the O.T.T.O bot to give him a chance to leave Builder Base and live and work in the Home Village. Once the O.T.T.O hut is built the hut will be available to place but free. This will allow you to have an extra builder in your Home base and have 6 builders in your Home Village at maximum.
