Personally I really enjoy the Queen and utilize her when I do attack, and upgrade her every chance I get. So I'd focus on that, along with getting and upgrading defenses before doing every troop or such upgrade that you can

alright. I've been upgrading my queen every time i get the chance to play. Right now she's going to level 4 and imma work my way to upgrade her to level 10. I also upgraded my barbarian King and upgraded my lab to get level 6 wizards, and level 6 giants. I also got baby dragons and im gonna wait a little bit to get the Witches and upgraded my camps
