Summary[]
- The Meteor Golem is a temporary troop introduced in the Cosmic Rock event. They can be unlocked after accumulating 100 Cosmic Shards in the event.
- The Meteor Golem comprises two Meteormites stacked on top of each other. As a Meteor Golem, the method of attack is to have one Meteormite throw the other at their target, causing damage. This attack also splits the pair apart, but they can combine together again, either with each other, or with another Meteormite, to form a Meteor Golem and repeat the attack.
- Each Meteormite spawned through this attack starts with half the current HP of the Meteor Golem. Thus a damaged Meteor Golem will spawn damaged Meteormites upon splitting up.
- Cloned Meteor Golems, when separated, cannot be merged back into the original unit.
- Each time they recombine, they will become immune to damage for a short time.
- The total health of the Meteor Golem is determined by the health of both Meteormites, and will be subtracted if one or both of them take (s) damage.
- For example, if the Meteor Golem launches a Meteormite and takes another one from the other Meteor Golem, the total health of that merged unit may be higher or lower.
- Unlike other types of Golems, the Meteor Golem's Meteormites can jump over Walls without the use of Earthquake or Jump Spells, but Meteor Golems themselves cannot.
- Meteor Golems have no preferred target when attacking; they will simply attack the closest building. However, if they become aware of enemy Clan Castle troops, Heroes, or Skeleton Trap skeletons (either by being attacked themselves or by being near another friendly troop under attack), and can fight back against them, they will leave their previously targeted building and instead engage the enemy troops. Once all of the nearby enemy troops are defeated, the Meteor Golems will proceed to attack the nearest structure.
