Summary
- Snakes are that are summoned by the Barbarian King wielding the Snake Bracelet.
- In the artwork, the Snake appears to be similar to that of a rattlesnake with a long orange tongue and rattle at the end of its tail, except its skin is green, and have yellow sclerae.
- Snake Bracelets have no preferred target when attacking; they will simply attack the closest building. However, if they become aware of enemy Clan Castle troops, Heroes, or Skeleton Trap skeletons (either by being attacked themselves or by being near another friendly troop under attack), and can fight back against them, they will leave their previously targeted building and instead engage the enemy troops. Once all of the nearby enemy troops are defeated, the Snake Bracelets will proceed to attack the nearest structure.
- Every 300 damage the Barbarian King takes, he summons a Snake which can distract defenses and help deal damage for him.
- Compared to Snakes spawned by the temporary Snake Barrel, Snakes summoned by the Snake Bracelet have more hitpoints, but lower damage per second except at max level (where they are equal).
Strategies
Offensive Strategies
- Snakes are similar in nature to Hog Riders, Headhunters, and the Royal Champion, as they can slither over walls by jumping over them. They can come individually or in swarms, and have much less hitpoints than them, making them much more vulnerable to splash. However, they cannot be summoned without the King taking sufficient amounts of damage.
- However, the Snakes' health can be boosted by the Life Gem from the Grand Warden, increasing their survivability.
- If the Barbarian King takes too much damage in a short time (which most likely is under fire from a Monolith or a single-target Inferno Tower, much like the Flying Fortress, he will summon more Snakes than normal.
- The summoned Snakes prove to be very valuable when facing against single-target defenses. Not only do they distract them, but they can help damage and can also give time for other units to eventually destroy these defenses, especially the Monoliths.
- Against fast-firing and multi-targeting defenses like Inferno Towers, Multi-Archer Towers, Firespitters, and X-Bows, a Healing Spell may be required to keep them alive.
- Alternatively, the Healing Tome can also do the same thing, as it can heal them back up to full health.
- Against splash defenses such as Wizard Towers, Mortars, Eagle Artillery, and Scattershots, they may easily be taken out due to their high damage.
Defensive Strategies
- Keep your splash defenses protected at all costs, as the Snakes will destroy them, especially if they are exposed. High-hitpoint buildings like storages and the Hero Hall can be useful in this matter, as they can soak up the damage, allowing more defenses time to destroy them.
- However, the Inferno Artillery is able to tank and deal splash damage itself, requiring little to no support.
- Trap placement is also important, as when placed near defenses in a base, the horde of Snakes will be wiped out, which can usually be a Giant Bomb (sometimes paired with Bombs), protecting said defense. However, Snakes cannot trigger traps, so make sure a unit comes across the trap to trigger it.
- The Poison Bomb at Town Halls 14 is able to wipe out the summoned Snakes, and its poison can deal enough damage to destroy them.
- Poison Spell Towers can also be used, which make them an effective countermeasure to Snake hordes.
- At Town Hall 17, the Giga Bomb can do the same, blowing up the Snakes, except without the poison effect.

Comparisons
- The Snake is the only sub-troop from a Hero Equipment that jumps over walls and attacks anything, compared to the Hog Rider Puppet where the Hog Riders only target defenses.
- This version of the Snake is a permanent addition, compared to that of the Snake Barrel, which is temporary. It is one of two subtroops to have both a permanent and temporary variant, the other being the Lavaloon Pup.
- Coincidentally, both versions of the Snake was added as a temporary unit (Snake Barrel) and as a permanent subunit (from the Snake Bracelet), and both of them summon Snakes, although in different ways.
