• Hi Brady,

    I don't know if it has ever bothered you how staff member avatars don't glow on Special:Community but if you want them to you can simply add this to MediaWiki:Wikia.css

    /*This gets the glow working*/
    .avatar-container {
        overflow: visible;
        border-radius: 0%;
    /*This lowers some text so the glow doesn't overlap it*/
    .community-page-admin-item .user-avatar-wrapper {
        min-height: 58px;
    /*This hides the badge*/
    .badge-container {
        visibility: hidden;

    It's worth noting that this will make the avatars square, but the box shadow animation runs a lot smoother when they are square.

    It will also hide the badge next to avatars (if one is present) seeing as the glows have more meaning but can be easily added again by removing the last few lines of the code.

    Just a suggestion though :D
